Payal Khurana- Founding Facilitator
Payal has practiced meditation for over 9 years. Her path has led her to try different styles with different teachers all over the world. Raja yoga, Vipassana, and numerous 21 day challenges to name a few. She was generally a very negative child and raised with the "what if" monster. Mindfulness helped her bring awareness to the things that were holding her back from leading a more peaceful life. As a new mother, Payal uses her practice to help guide her through the new steps of motherhood. Now she wants to share that gift with others! She is also the co-founder of Starter Space, where she curates community and connection on a daily basis.
Luz Madera- Founding Facilitator
Luz is a student of life who uses empathy, meditation, reiki, podcast and plant based whole foods to fuel her love for all beings on Earth. Her practice began in 2011 with different techniques such as kundalini, hatha, and naam yoga. Through several books and documentaries, and people along the way, Luz began to fall more and more in love with the subtle gift of breath, found within each and every one of us. She then began following the teachings of the law of attraction and began taking responsibility for creating the life of her dreams, thought by thought. She now resides in Gainesville where her intention is to connect with people and help them tune in to the power within as she continues to discover that same divine power within herself. Luz believes that together, people can achieve even their wildest dreams! We just have to want it.
