Move & Sweat 30

Need a quick workout? Join us in your gym clothes for a 30 minute class where we we’ll get our heart rate going as we invite awareness into our muscles through basic, yet effective movements such as high knees, squats, lunges, abs and more followed by a deep assisted stretch at the end.

Bring a towel and water bottles!
